Analyze and design advanced filters and systems, using both time-domain and frequency-domain approaches. Implement modern signal processing algorithms, such as wavelet transforms, spectral estimation, and multirate processing. Apply signal processing methods to real-world signals, such as audio, biomedical, or sensor data. Explore recent research trends and applications, including machine learning for signal processing, compressed sensing, or deep learning-based approaches.
