Abstract
Aim of the course is to give an overview of the possibilities opened by computational intelligence (in synthesis with digital electronics) in the field of emulation and enhancement of biological functions and apparatuses.
Methods and applications in the medical and engineering fields will be illustrated, with particular attention to the software used.
Suggested Readings
The knowledge of the main mathematical methods for processing data, signals and images will facilitate the understanding of the course
